Project Overview
MaineHealth's retail pharmacy in Portland brings prescription pickup, consultation and over-the-counter retail into a single patient-facing space. The fit-up had to meet healthcare standards for a clinical environment while feeling open and easy to navigate for the public.
Mash Mechanical delivered the mechanical package. Heating, cooling and ventilation were built out to hold tight, stable conditions in medication storage and dispensing areas, with separate zoning for the retail floor, consultation rooms and back-of-house support spaces. Ductwork was coordinated with the ceiling and lighting layout, and the system was balanced and commissioned before turnover.
