Agreement
These terms and conditions govern your use of mashmechanical.com and www.mashmechanical.com, operated by Mash Mechanical Inc. of Scarborough, Maine. By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms cover use of the website only. Actual mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration and preventative maintenance work is governed by the written agreement, proposal, purchase order or service contract between you and Mash Mechanical Inc., which takes precedence over anything on this site.
Estimates, quotes and information on this site
Pricing, availability, service areas, project descriptions and other content on this website are for general information only and are not a binding offer. Any estimate or quote we provide is based on the information available to us at the time, is subject to a site visit and field verification, and expires 30 days from the date issued unless we state otherwise in writing.
Equipment shown in project photos, specifications and manufacturer references are illustrative. We do not guarantee that the same equipment, materials, pricing or timelines will be available for your project.
Using the website
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or submit false, misleading or automated spam submissions through our forms. We may refuse or remove any submission at our discretion.
Forms on this site are a way to start a conversation with us, not a way to schedule work, book a service call or create a contract. Work is only scheduled once we have confirmed it with you in writing.
Accuracy and changes
We keep this site current as best we can, but we do not warrant that every page is complete, accurate or up to date. Content, services, service areas and team listings may change without notice.
We may change these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last revised, and the version posted at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
Ownership of content
The text, photographs, graphics, logos and project images on this site belong to Mash Mechanical Inc. or to the parties who granted us permission to show them, and are protected by copyright. You may print or share individual pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
Client names and logos are shown with permission and remain the property of their owners.
