Project Overview
Mousam River Dentistry is a purpose-built dental practice delivered with Optimum Construction Co. Mash Mechanical installed the complete mechanical package — heating, cooling, ventilation and controls — for the reception areas, operatories, sterilization suite, lab and support spaces.
Dental offices demand quiet, consistent comfort and dependable air changes. We zoned the building so treatment rooms hold steady temperatures independently of the waiting area, kept equipment and ductwork tucked out of sight above the finished ceilings, and coordinated closely with the trades so the mechanical work never intruded on the clean, residential-feeling interior.
